I've been driving trucks since 1999. Been an OO for 10 years, not a lease on. I'm sick and tired of the bullcrap that brokers pull. The reason the broker did not answer the phone was because he found another truck to haul it for less. Want to know how I found out? Accounts payable told me about it when I contacted them.

Your kinda making my point, why if you have this much experience are you obviously working with brokers you don’t already have good relationships with? Are you trying to just sign up blindly to as many brokers as possible? What I really find in your statement ridiculous is you want to try to lead on you have a good enough relationship with what ever shipper that you can just call and ask what trucking co and or brokers loaded a specific load really if you have that kind of relationship why were you even using a broker set up directly through the shipper.like I said I don’t believe you even run broker freight. It seems more likely you get some kinda self importance pretending you’re something more then you are.

Oh so I'm just making all this up. And for what reason would I do that?

In answer to that I have no idea. But it really seems very very unlikely you can call any account receivable at any company and there going to discuss with you about what different trucking companies have loaded and what rates they were paid to do any load. And for you to try and act like they did that simply because your you seems like a truckers tale more then real. And you didn’t say why you’ve done this for 10 years and it seems your constantly using bad brokers?

I can understand why you want to discredit me and that is you don't want this kind information to get out to other truckers that get unfairly treated by brokers to be able to take legal action.

Every time you reply it goes back to the top of the page for everyone passing by to read. Thanks

Have you never met another human? We like to talk. It's one of the things that make us sentient.
I've had office people tell me anything from other trucking companies policies, to how they were off for a week in the hospital getting their infected toe cut off. Getting told the rate when talking to an accounts person to me is very plausible.

No, by trying to pretend this is not human nature makes me wonder what your agenda is.

Your not helping anyone your trying to play a truck stop lawyer.the majority of the time like you claim a large brokerage company are not going to be in your jurisdiction so many states you can’t even file a small claims case against them your best chance would be go to there jurisdiction and file. And what idiot is going to take off to go through the problems of traveling to that state to file then travel back the day of the case for $150 dollars.

    O
o sorry but why don’t you call account receivable at landstar brokerage just say and ask them what trucking companies they loaded out of Kubota in Jefferson Ga yesterday and what rates they paid to move them see how that works out for you
