Who cares? Have you ever worked up there in the middle of Winter or in Spring whenever then turns to mud? You chain up more in Spring then you do in Winter..... never ever again. I don't think I'm ever gonna go above I40 again in my life lol cold, muddy 40-50 miles off road, no network even with signal boosters on the trucks. Do you know what to do In the oilfield when the truck breaks down in the middle of Wyoming Winter with no network, you die, that's what you do, you die lmao. I'd rather die here new Mexico where the h2s is best, than suffer that cold again.
Wyoming Powder River Basin, the next Permian?

I believe he's referring to the "I drink your milkshake technique".

That sounds like a lot of hype for one reason the shale that they drill through in the Permian basin is some of the easiest in the world unlike Wyoming and that’s why when the patch went bust this last time Permian hang on and still was making money!RockinChair and Rockdoctor Thank this.

And Texas is swamped with people who can't handle the cold hence the lower wages.

Ain't that the truth. My wife took a new job in Texas and I followed. I'm making less now than I was in KY. Go figure.ur2ez83 Thanks this.
