    It was one of those Warning tickets that had to be signed by a company rep. and they did fight it to keep their score good. and as far as I remember, IT never hurt the score.

    Yes, you are correct, I had to have a number of those back then. It amazed me how much paperwork I had to have just to cross state lines. I am very much happier driving freight now!

    Believe it or not, I can actually see the arguement/logic for this. And I know it doesn't mean squat.

    If he crashes the truck and trailer. Odds are he won't be able to access them at all, due to injuries.

    If he loses just the trailer, he won't be able to dig them out without a lot of looking.

    I usually carried a extra set of triangles in my Suitcase, If I had had them, he would't of wrote me the cite. This was a Motor home, not a truck trailer. So they were in the same compartment as me.
