well i told the recruiter if they werent done in time for me to go to the onboarding on the 18th, then I'll wait, no need to leave my current job to have them suddenly decide I'm not "qualified"

 

Just got home from bentonville , there were 72 of us and 15 didn't make it, it was stressful but I made it, track 1, wanted to thank everyone who answered questions and helped me understand a little better how this process was supposed to go, I report to 6817 on Monday. Really looking forward to joining the elite and excited to have the opportunity.

Thank you guys, just hoping I fall into a routine in a decent time frame, I just like to keep moving, makes the weeks go by quickly, it's nice to make good money but I don't necessarily chase it, sounds like if I do what I do it will come, just need to get used to their program is all

 

First Congratulations!! Can you share the reason some of 15 didn`t make the cut? Just in case they call me i can prepare myself on what not to do during orientation.

 

My guess most common reasons would be, lied on application, came in knowing everything already cannot be taught(I've been told they are very patient with prospective hires, teach them the way they want things done, and willing to work with them to help them get things right). Cant drive safely, cant back worth a darn. And finally, has a rotten sour attitude.
