That's half the problem right there. And it all circles back to pay. Pay peanuts and you'll have a hard time attracting anyone professional. I'd love to drive but its just not in the cards for me right now. I only ever got my license because I worked in a truck shop and wanted to be able to road test the trucks.

 

Yep, I've seen nasty things happen to people that run in packs. Don't know why anyone would want to be part of those road trains. After a full 10 hours of driving I may have lost about 5-10 minutes but it's way less headache. Good for you for thinking outside the box, alotta people got that me first attitude.

 

What I see wrong here is 40% of the people you listed are not Sikh and one is an outright murder. That makes your stats in error by 45% and you chose (cherry picked) your own examples. This is what I am talking about when it comes to assumptions about someone's name when it sounds foreign.
