Not missing, just busy, last fiscal quarter push.

Deal on building in Oklahoma fell apart, guess the guy has several "attachments" to the deed so I walked away.

Bought 7.4 acres of pasture land in Kansas, moved 2 pre-fab buildings onto it and will start construction of new house end of April/first of May. Set out to buy a new Kubota on Monday, deal fell apart late yesterday, called JD and my new tractor is all ready to be picked up so I can start mowing fire breaks, burn off the overgrown pasture and dig footings. FWIW, when Kubota advertises 0 down, 0% interest for 60 months and they "approve" you for $30k doesn't mean you'll actually get that. Dealer calls yesterday saying all was good, paperwork was ready and that they would need a cashiers check for the down. I asked "what down?", your finance guy said I was approved for up to $30k and the current offer on that particular tractor is 0 down, 0% interest. Well to get 0% interest they want 20% down from me otherwise it was going to be 6.49% interest with 0 down. Told him to stuff the tractor near his 3 point hitch, called the JD dealer across the street, 10 minutes later I was approved for 0 down, 0% for 72 months and the tractor is in stock so no waiting!
