I'm not positive but I believe that the adhesive goes on the tank. Had two separate Trucks vibrate and the fuel pickup was sucking air with a quarter tank of fuel.

Last time I did Pete tanks I put the adhesive side on the straps.

I put my adhesive on the strap as well. An old 4 inch winch strap works dang good. They are kinda plentiful too

Oh this e-nanny is starting to drive me a little mad. Had to wait to start today because of it. Then didn't have time to make Ashern even if I could stay up that late (would have got there about 12:30am), and now because I'm in Brandon, I won't make it west of Minot tomorrow.

At least if I'm going back empty, I should still be able to get to the yard around 5pm on Friday, so that's a plus.

Drove past the Brandon terminal of the company I'm road testing for on Saturday (they are going to dispatch me out of the Brandon terminal going west, but I pick up the truck in Winnipeg and drive out).

Looks like hopper bottom B-trains, propane bottle straights and A-trains with ponies and end dumps make up their trailer fleet out here. Running B-trains in dry bulk to get my foot in the door then transitioning into propane would be awesome. They do most of the propane distribution for gas stations and the like out this way, so it might not be as seasonal as it might be down south.

Also I'm apparently free at any time to apply for a different position at any terminal, including fuel in Winnipeg, so if I get a little bored of hoppers, I might just keep my eyes open for city listings.

Right now I'm looking to impress with my work, then start moving into the ideal situation down the line. This next year could be very lucrative financially if I don't be picky and give everything a go.

Suppose to be a Cabover tractor some farmer has. Buddy of mine called me about moving it for one of his coworkers, they both O/O’s. Guess they both leased on at Landstar from my understanding.
