I'm going to bet dpf failure. Have not had a lot of luck with professional cleaning. Pin test is best way to check before re-installing. Listen to Nasriza. He will get straightened out for you.
PLEASE HELP!

havent got the DPF filter out yet or tested backpressure without scr connected, but here is what my sheet says from cleaning company.
DOC vacuum diff before: 1.6
DOC Vacuum diff after: 0.7
DOC Soot Volume before:17358
DOC Soot Volume after:17303
DPF vacuum pressure diff before: 2.8
DPF vacuum pressure diff after: 1.1
DPF soot volume before:18716
DPF soot volume after:18606
Are these within volvo spec? -
We ruled out the SCR. disconnected it at the bellow between dpf and scr and did a backpressure test. basically the same, went from 1.3/1.4 to 1.2 with bellow disconnected. Is there anything else in the DPF can that can cause a restriction besides DOC and filter?

Rhitrucking, I remember someone posted a similar photo here, the flex pipe inner heat shiled layer detached fried, blocking the exhaust flow. But never happened to me, this pipes usually develop cracks leak smoke and need replaced before this kind of issues. I don't think this would signal high dpf differential presure readings.

my pipe was still in decent shape, however, I couldnt get all the crystalized DEF out of it. It was like a rock stuck in there. Ended up buying a new bellows tube, gaskets and clamps. I appreciate all the input, we did a wire test on the filter, no restrictions at all. It looks brand new still, well as new as can be just being cleaned 75 miles ago, but, soot level says 70%. I wish it was something as simple as the dpf diff pressure sensor, but the sensor is reading correct. Its reading a back pressure from somewhere..where...who knows!

The numbers befor and after cleaning do not make sense to be even though vacuum or flow looks good soot volume should be much lower. Test dpf and doc for collapsing inside almost certain This is you broblem also check flex behind turbo. Even though it should not exactly cause symptoms your are having
Rob100100 Thanks this. -
If Nasriza is saying my filter is the problem, then I am getting a new filter. I cant question his knowledge.

I’m saying we have to find the problem I cost a lot of people $$$$ getting to know what I know now I wouldn’t change filter just yet. Did u drop them out how they look back and front and all
