Although I don’t really care if anyone knows who I am on this board; it is necessary for a lot of drivers who post on this forum and give information to other drivers as a helpful tool; to remain as anynomous as possible. Asking personal information like what DC do you run out of is probably not going to be answered. These drivers are professional and awesome to be on here guiding drivers thru this process; but, they really need to be in the shadows.. let’s respect that.
    Thanks to all.

I understand, but if ur not a compliment department and not bad mouth company or person should be nothing to hide. Trust me if anybody wants to find out who someone is they can.

The majority of the complaints and bad-mouthing about WalMart that appear on TTR are usually from people who don't work there.
The same can be said of the misinformation, innuendo, and rumors that go around.
We have quite a few WM drivers on TTR. As a rule they're not trouble makers and the information that they post concerning WM is almost always accurate and timely.

While I understand your viewpoint on this subject you should try understand the viewpoint of people posting on here giving advice. Some folks at WM don't like the idea of us helping you out per say on getting hired on or telling tips or tricks to pass the test it is viewed as cheating or giving you all the answers so you might get some drivers not wanting to share what D.C. There out of or any other easy to identify nuggets with that being said I don't know anything about the new hiring process.... but I can tell you I dont regret coming here and I plan on retiring here

So that's an event? I figured it just a fancy way of saying orientation... My bad... I finished all the stuff they wanted within the 24/48 hours including drug test and physical. I will be there 4/29... Still deciding when I am going to tell my current company bye...

Wonder why it didn't post my quote.... My response was to "how do they run the event" and I replied what event and he said onboarding... I replied with the idea above, that I thought it was a fancy word for orientation... No clue what onboarding is as an event, sounds fun like a train ride or water skiing, I'm down for whatever.
