Here’s a little known fact about lions. While they do prefer a gazelle or wildebeest as a meal, they have been known to eat Doritos in captivity.
The orange remnants are a dead giveaway.

Definitely early 70’s. 1100 or 1200 series, like a 1210..... if it’s a V8, look on block on right front corner (side) just below head gasket there should be a machined area with engine cubes stamp there. For quick visual.... usual a 3 bolt manifold was 345 and bigger, 2 bolt being 304 and smaller. Don’t remember when the 266 was discontinued.

Some people might be hesitant to order the big box dinner from Pizza Hut. The box is too big to fit in almost all refrigerators and who has time to put it in Tupperware? What’s a redneck to do?

You will need kitchen scissors and an adhesive of your choice. There will be some fabricating. Just splice it and reassemble.

So much better than not being able to shut the refrigerator door.

Next step is dropping the block onto 4 jackstands so I can pull the flywheel housing, front structure, pull the cam and then drop the crank out the bottom.
