So, let's look at the numbers.
A 2018 Cat 745 costs $ 736,706, and has a payload of 41 metric tonne.
A 2019 Volvo 10x4 costs $ 269,449, and has a payload of 55 metric tonne.
The Volvo is faster (so more loads / hour), and uses less fuel.
So you can buy almost 3 Volvo trucks for the price of one Cat, the Volvo uses less fuel, it can haul more weight and faster.
And yet you claim that after 20,000 hours the Cat is cheaper.
Please try to explain to us how that is suppose to work.
Why do so many Americans hate European trucks?

So only specialist off-road vehicles like the Kenworth C500 or those Western Star trucks can get AWD, rather odd.
Almost all European truck manufacturers have AWD versions of normal road trucks. -
Based on this response of yours, it extremely clear that you have never really operated a truck.....in real life.
However, it's clear that you spend most of your time on the internet researching about it. Trucking Simulators and dating websites seem to be where you spend the majority of your time and money.
Good luck with your search for a life partner, friend. Someone noticed you have been on this site doing research....hey if that's what floats your boat Caesar

nevesu, Humblepie and snowman_w900 Thank this. -
Your response is typical for people like you, you have no real answer, and instead you produce a load of BS.
-
And to you the same, producing a load of BS is no answer.
-
I think youd better take a good long look at your responses when making statements like that Caesar salad.

If you google that phrase I posted (I'm sure you know how) you Might find something along these lines..
If you have to ask, there's no answer that will adequately explain it to you. It doesn't mean you'll never know, but you won't know until you've experienced it for yourself.spsauerland, Oxbow and sdaniel Thank this. -
You claim to have the knowledge to answer that question, but in reality you don't. So you just revert to making insults to cover up for your lack of an answer. It's a well known tactic, claiming magical knowledge that is so obvious for the people with experience, that you don't need to answer. It's just a load of BS, you have no answer.
