Checked my bump stops they are all 4 there, they do not look damaged *
The axel is a slide axel (maybe the wrong terminology) I'm going to drop bags an see if it moves after I drop my 6k load off
* I turned my air up to 130 psi, it floats between 115-130
* I'm going to swap leveling valves here and spray my bags also tonight
Drive axel touches frame? Help!!

Took some new images just now with a light load. The axel is 1 3/4th inch from touching that cross member current with a empty 20ft box. Tare weight is around 4.5k +/-
Frame seems like its sitting high compared to other trucks in my yard.
I also got the service history this morning on the truck from the old company which owned it...
I screen shotted previous drivetrain related work...which was done 70k miles ago including leveling valve and axel an yolk
- final note on the service history was driver stated truck was not safe to drive, notes in description that mechanics inspected front end for 2.5hrs and never notated or serviced truck afterward several thousand miles agoAttached Files:

Air dumped and still has a ton of room.

If the axle is sitting on the bump stops and the yoke is still too close to the crossmember, the only thing it can be is the angle of the rear axle. Check to make sure somebody didn't put shims in backwards. Then ujoint angle is probably way off.

Here is one used for 200$, looks dimilar, change the crossmber, cutt the huck bolts and if you don't have huck gun, you can use grade 8 bolts, any volvo shop has them as replacement option for hucks.
I still believe you have air leak problem ,weak torque leaf /loose u-bolts.

Btw, I have this older photo on my phone, as I said it's hard to find cracked torque leafs like this, have to look from underneath.
Btw, I watched this videos about huck 360, you'll find different sizes would work better to replace the crossmember without the need for huck gun. They can get tightened with any impact wrench and are five times more vibration resistant than regular nut bolt fasteners, same like huck bolts,

When bags are dropped the rear axel sits normal however the front drive shaft is still very very close to the cross member -
I just drove to the dealership I gave them my Vin and I wanted to check the cross member.
they had it in stock and on the computer sure enough… their computer diagram shows that the cross member has a curve in it so we walked back and grabbed the cross member off the shelf and it's a new design with the curveAttached Files:
