Probably so. A 730C2 is only 375 hp., and it is a 25 cubic yard (loose yards) machine.

Volvo A60H has the 16 litre, the 5-axle mining truck the 13 litre.
The smaller A40 has the 13 litre.
I only have some experience with the A25 and A30, which have the 11 litre.
BTW, in my opinion the concept of the mining trucks is not really new, it has been aroud for decades, but never really caught on, except for specific conditions/applications.
Depending on configuration the KW C500/510 could be called mining truck as well.
As an example in Europe, Sisu offered the SRH-series in the mid 80's.
5 axle rigids, but also some tractor-trailer combinations for underground mining. 120 ton payload.
