    *Most* guys hauling round bales have racks on their trailers. If you have side racks and load culvert style you have to screw up pretty bad to lose a bale.

    Im guessing since u have the back and fronts pulling toward eachother and all the middle is braced together, but im curious as to why that would be legal , but with other freight if i had that same concept , and didnt throw nothing in the,middle, im getting a ticket for unsecured load

    Why wouldn’t it be? Hay has its own guidelines for securement. It doesn’t move going down the road.

    Im curious is why im asking , im not trying to start a flame war, i just dont understand why it would be an exemption for one type of frieght but for everything else it would be illegal
