I won't lie... I've become a craft beer snob to some degree. Feel like my days of drinking Keystone Light or Steel Reserve are behind me. Life is short. Too short to waste on oddly flavored water.

Except on really hot days. There's something to be said about cold piss water that you can guzzle down like a soda pop and not feel bad about it.

Spent a week in Eugene babysitting a young go getter project engineer. Found a little brew pup out by the holiday Inn express. Me and the operator I took to test the finger jointer was informed we couldn't put alcohol on the expess report..... Well if ya tip good the waitress will bring ya lots of appetizers....

Was the only thing good about that trip....except that restaurant downtown in the old Street car Depot....their prime rib was top notch.

Keystone Light. It’s like Corona. Marketing for people who don’t like beer but wants to hang out with beer drinkers. Corona niche market is women. Keystone is for extremely wimpy males.

Speaking of women and the males that want to be them...

Loaded in Galveston last week. The gate person that checks your TWIC...well I honestly couldn’t figure out WTF it was. Not trying to “trigger” anyone (see the Macho Ma’am Tranny Savage). Just wanted to get into the port and get loaded. Problem is when you were raised to be mannered. I honestly couldn’t tell if it were a male or female or a guy that identifies as a woman or a woman who identifies as a male. Anyways, anyone loading at the port of Galveston, be warned. You don’t want to piss someone off by accident. Lose the manners. Safest thing to do.
