UPS O/O getting $1.20/mile

I really wouldn’t call a guy leased to UPS an owner operator. He goes where’s he’s told, makes less than a decent company driver, and knows nothing about the trucking industry or business in general.

 

Plus I can go buy another truck n hire company drivers

No. you are getting what they want to give you . They are doing well. You are a tool for them . You are , most likely, exploiting your drivers .( no insurance, no vacation ) If you feel good about about that , go ahead .and good for you .
