    I am going to go ahead and rent spots to O/O. Would like some opinions on how much and what to charge. Per bobtail? per trailer? both? box truck? cargo container?
    Also, where would you guys recommend marketing the parking?

    Ya $150 a month that is about the max I would pay. I was paying $100 at a small local truck stop. But they closed to build the new building, and when they reopened. No more monthly/weekly parking.
