That would be what a 7500 dollar fine in a CMV? I doubt it.

The frame from the video at the car looking to rear on his shoulder showed a face that had no clue what to do and knew he was effed for a lack of a better word.

Sometimes charges are levied that are so serious in court that a few thousand dollar fine is meaningless. If that happened to me, I would just laugh. Stick a fork in it.

I guess autoshift might have a safety factor for those who don't know how to use a real transmission..... A green rookie will never end up missing a gear and not being able to know how to recover. I say if you don't know how to recover a gear perhaps you should find a different line of work... But the reality is people who can't shift are driving these things.

I personally don't care for autoshift and I find the Jake for some reason is less effective with an AUTOSHIFT then with a manual.

I fully trust the court system to give him a fair and just punishment.

    HAW HAW HAW HAW.

    What is justice.

My justice would be to tie him to a wheel publicly somewhere up top in victorsville and roll him away down say Cajon Pass on live TV.

that trucking company should be stripped of fmcsa trucking licensing rights...they should not be allowed to operate, face fines & criminal charges - clearly they don't give AF about safety or others on the road - actually if you think about it, they don't even care about their drivers safety if they didn't make learning & being able to read English signs a mandatory part of the hiring process (for safety reason first & foremost)

So what exactly is fake about an automatic transmission? What makes other transmissions real? Are forklifts just fake pallet jacks?
