This is why I avoid the city of Oakland California

you should have pity on the looters they has it bad and nobody feels worse about it than they do . that they were driven into a life of crime by being underprivileged and thats another reason for gun control. .. what if the truck driver would have shot one of those poor underprivileged robers who were making a living the only way they know how ....... fortunately its Oakland so the mayor will tip them off if the police get too close

 

Do you not see the glaring contradiction in your wish for "gun control" and the Oakland mayor tipping off looters?

If you took away private ownership of guns, then only police and military would possess firearms. Yet, in the same breath, you broadcast your dislike of police.

For the life of me, I cannot comprehend how prohibiting the freedoms and rights of Americans benefits those whom you may deem as being underprivileged.

I was certainly not born into any privileged circumstances, and yet as broke as I was, the thought never crossed my mind for me to think it was ok to harm another or destroy property in an attempt to enrich myself or show displeasure with my circumstance.

Every trucker across the country should be legally allowed to carry a firearm with them as they drive OTR. Some of the places they have to stop and sleep are downright dangerous.

 

Wrong. You don't have to do anything, gun or no gun. If you're going to say your company makes you park in unsafe places to their advantage you can be well assured that they aren't going to support you if something goes wrong. This has been proven time and again.

 

Unfortunately some people actually do think this way...
