First time hauling a potatoe load like this. Does blue beacon wash this out?

If you go to blue beacon you should shove as much to the back and out as you can on your own, they will charge you by the minute, it would be expensive. Lots of independent truck washes I do those loads to charge a flat rate usually about $60. In pasco wa the A1 truck washes will do it and do a pretty good job. Sometimes the receiver will do it for some coin as well, usually cash only if the Mexicans are doing it lol, expect $40 if you go that route...

Yeah I called the BB and they said they had a potato load yesterday and the guy paid $200. Im CO driver but don't feel like putting that on my card and wait till next pay period to get reimbursed.

Cleaning it up best I can before i go up there.

Shovel and a broom are your friends for that stuff, but just the fact that you have to clean up a mess like that (and not get paid for it) is bs.

You say you're a co driver, Id be asking the co how they'd like to handle that clean up. If they want you to do it, are they willing to pay you for your time? If not, are they willing to pay a truck wash like BB to do it and if so, why pay them when they could pay their employee?

@Cattleman84 was just talking about this in another thread. I think he paid like north of $150 but I can’t remember where, when or now even find the thread I saw it in. As I write this I’m realizing how little of help this is. Sorry OP.

No load after this one. Going home. What a great way to finish the trip lol. Plus all day wasted yesterday because had to wait to unload today. Still going to hit up the blue beacon to leave it clean for next load.

@HillbillyDeluxeTruck they're not in office today. Will request hourly pay on the load pay sheet. 3 more months until I move on to greener pastures .

sweep it up, find a PROPER disposal trash can and dump it..sweep it a second time if you have to.

buy a pound of cheap coffee, spread it in the trailer...before you get to your next destination, sweep out the coffee...

    sweeping...cost you $0

    coffee might cost you $8.00

    done deal....
