Was doing a bit of research about the castle doctrine, CCW, bear spray, wasp spray and oven cleaner.

According to the castle doctrine, someone breeches the castle, they’re fair game. But what about outside the castle? Would the bear spray and oven cleaner be a viable defense if a person doesn’t have a CCW permit? No, it would land you in jail.

Stuff like pepper spray isn’t going to do lasting harm, but you have to be in close proximity. But brake kleen and oven cleaner and CHEMICALS would probably do lasting harm. Odds are, you’re going to jail and get sued. So, anyone whose not carrying, remember: for you to use what you have, it has to be a castle breech.

 

Cleaned out the interior and bunk in the truck. Walked across the hwy got a hair cut, walked over to the new Harbor Freight to just look. Took a shower.

Now across the street at Crapplebees having chicken and shrimp. Going to hit it early in the morning. Stop for provisions and fuel in Ogallala, NE before heading cross country to the rest area near delivery.
