I haven’t had potatoes get stuck that bad before. Usually I just make a pass with the broom, leaf blower out the dirt and small pieces, and the rest done at the trailer wash. That’s a lot of potatoes left behind.

I was wondering if that was saw dust I was seeing... The bulk loads that we haul are washed spuds ready for processing... No saw dust. And to unload they put the trailer on a dump table that tips the whole trailer up.

Thats the great thing about flatbed is when i get empty if i got dust n stuff on my trailer its usually gone before i hit the interstate .. Its to bad they dont make a system that sweeps out refeers for u , u would think with all the technology it would be built into the trailer nowadays

Yep they make cordless leaf blowers, and the prices aren't really that bad either. You can pick up a good one for under $150. I have a small battery powered shop vac that I use all the time. It's great for vehicles and don't have to fight with an extension cord moving it around and works just as good as an electric one!

Gotta love the batteries. I bought a new snowblower this past season. Battery operated. But the battery didn't last very long as per the specs. They sent me out a new battery. This year I'll have 2 batteries to use.
