Well I backed out on the trip to Savanah! Was doing a pretrip and basically getting acquainted with the Tractor when something with the Brakes seemed off to me. Had a Pow Wow and the Company decided to take it to get looked at. Had that going on and an exhaust leak right at the inside edge of the cab! Mechanic was checking it over and we could hear a definite squeal, shut it down and the belts were loose! Nothing huge yet! Goes inside and looks up the History cause it had brake work done before. Called Company and repeated a long laundry list of recommended repairs that they felt needed done and never were! I heard frozen bolts on slack adjusters, dry fittings in front suspension and other items that brought the total to about 16 items! When I fired it up the oil pressure gauge never came to life so that set me back right off the bat. It eventually did come to life though. When I was taking it to the Repair Shop I couldn’t get the Jakes to work either and I mentioned that also,to which he replied they haven’t let us work on that yet either. You guys with lots more knowledge and experience would just say run it. I just kinda felt like it was too much and said if I get pulled in for inspection I’m getting lots of tickets and put out of service. Mostly I didn’t want to jeopardize My life, some else’s life or My record! Just sharing with you guys.

One of those little clips caused some trouble for me once. Was riding in a '77 El Camino being towed by my cousin and my wife who were in my '82 T-Bird. Right in front of the Gates Rubber factory in downtown Denver the clip broke.

I was busy rifling through the glove box and they were up in the other car. The left axle shaft walked out and the tire and axle went flying. Bounced a few times, once on the side of a van that belonged to an angry little man.

The cop that took the report and issued the ticket was pretty skeptical of the story that it was my wife who was driving.

It really was better for her to take the ticket since my cousin and I both had driving jobs.

In factory form I don't think the 9 inch is stronger than a 12 bolt GM. That said they are more popular and have way more aftermarket options that in most cases does make a better rear. I stayed with a 12 bolt under the Malibu. Eaton center section and strange axles. She is narrowed just a hair to tuck those 12 inch rally wheels. I love my look but think quite often about makin some changes to make her hook an book.

A small church had a very beautiful big busted organist named Karen. Her boobs would bounce and jiggle when she played the organ. This distracted the congregation considerably.

The very proper female church members were appalled. They liked Karen as a person, but all agreed that something had to be done.

So, one of the ladies discreetly approached Karen about the problem, and told her to mash up some green astringent persimmons and rub them on her nipples and her breasts, which should cause them to shrink in size.

But she warned Karen not to taste any of the green persimmons because they were so sour that they would make her mouth pucker up to the point to where she would not be able to talk properly for a while. So, Karen agreed to try it.

The following Sunday, the preacher walked up to the pulpit and said,

“Dew to thircumsthanthis bewond my contwol, we wib not hab a thermon tewday.”

Used to keep a spare piston ring or two. Bought the time the guy has the heads, or heads on. Wonder on by his work bench. Pick it up and ask him were it goes?
