It all depends on your location the closest corporate location that I know of is river falls Alabama(panhandle)or Charleston (i95 corridor) I'm out of Charleston and they are hiring people from as far as tx... the lease program is better than most you just need to know the business and go with the seasons

Can owner operators choose loads? Do they give a selection of what is available or is it strictly forced dispatch? And does this terminal partner with other terminals or everything is out and back?
Thanks in advance. -

The situation will never improve as long as it costs a company driver significant money (a half a day's pay...a full day's pay...often more) to report issues, lose miles, babysit repairs. A lot more of the responsibility needs to be shifted where it belongs...onto fleet owners, terminal managers, equipment managers, safety departments etc. If the driver has a choice between pulling a sketchy trailer for 280 bucks a day or improving the fleet for fifty bucks a day, he's probably gonna choose the former.
ChicagoJohn Thanks this.
