Another fiery semi wreck( Not as bad ast the Colorado wreck)

I am not an expert on the subject...what little I know I learned recently and the hard way. But my understanding is that insurance companies can deny liability whenever they feel like it, no matter the circumstances, and force anyone who disputes their position to do so in court.

 

i know this, and i wish and hope they drop him. i hope that he cannot aquire any other insurance, unless he posts a bond.

admitting to falling asleep...sheesh.....

he could have said a deer ran out in front of him, or a bee got into his cab, but not admit he fell asleep.

 

So if he had of lied (should have) you wouldn't wish ill of him? GEESH

 

cuz if he had lied, would we have known that over an admission of guilt?

most likely, we would have believed him.

i tire of you. it's like i cannot have an opinion after putting in my 48 years, it seems like you want all others to think your way, and that just ain't gonna happen.

It is just a difference of opinion on whether to hate on a person, we all know he screwed up. I just don't see the need to wish it wrecks his life over it. I sure can't see the reason to differentiate between an OO or a company driver, we are all in this together. Well I take that back, but we should all be in this together.
