Why do so many Americans hate European trucks?

I did. Its one man's opinion. Mine differs.

I think the B cab is way quieter, looks nicer, and has less rattles than the 2.1 cab. I do like throttle pedal better on 2.1 cab.

Don't know where you got the photograph from, but if found the web site of the company that owns the truck. It's Export Link USA, and it is based in Clermont, Florida. It seems that two Dutch brothers (?) own the company, that exports all kind of equipment to all parts of the world.

You can clearly see the US Dot registration number.

This last one is funny, they've put a Foden grille etc. on the front:



It's a left hand drive truck, and I doubt if the Foden version of the DAF was ever build in LHD.

 

Some time ago I was asked if I know what the Paccar oil recommendation is for the MX engines.

So if you have older and newer MX engines to maintain, standardizing on 10W30 CK-4 oil seems a good way to go.
