So he maybe knew which lane to be, maybe he should have realized "wait a minute, this guy doesn't realize it's his lane that ends and I'd better get out of the way before I get run over." It doesn't really matter because the law is going to throw the whole library at the guy who hit and ran, but the whole thing was real easily avoided with a little thought on either side.

Stinging words. Stung so hard that it changed the subject of the thread to “.”

But ask yourself, “Self...is it true? Was I being an arse, by trying to race another truck into a lane closure? Am I a danger on the highway? Was big ol mean A Hole @buddyd157 speaking truth or was he just out to be an arse? Was I looking for conflict?”

Things could have ended ugly. You could have rolled the truck.

“But Six, I’d have him on dash cam!”

And your refrigerator in the back of your skull. Anyways why not reflect on these responses and try to figure out a new game plan. That was not your first altercation. Anyways, I will leave you to your “.”

    Six back quiet.

Yes, I'm with you on that.
In closing, good luck out there and if our paths should cross I promise not to hit you.

I guess I have a different idea of defensive. There's very little traffic and you are staying neck and neck with another truck. Hardly anyone around and you choose to not have an out. That makes no sense to me at any time let alone when you know there's a lane closure coming up.

    What was the damage btw?

I won't hit you either, or anybody else either if there is anything I can do about it.

    buddyd157 and booley Thank this.

I think everybody has made their point here. The OP asked that his first post be deleted but if we do that the entire thread will be lost.
We'll keep the thread up for viewing but close it to further comment.

buddyd157, TripleSix and booley Thank this.
