Sometimes things fly so fast that I'm lost.
I'm planning for my next OTR "adventure" to write down how many Brokers loads I do in one month or two before going home.
Maybe I should not!

 

I guess my Home Time is still Fouled Up... the Planners are under the impression that I’m coming out tomorrow...

and now i guess it’s the 15th...

I don’t think people understand the value of a “planned day” of Home Time (last Friday/Saturday/Sunday) vs a day, or two, of sitting in a Truck Stop twiddling ones Thumbs...

Guess I will go someplace and see what I can now do with my unplanned downtime.

Yes, mistakes were made... and I contributed to the issue with a typo... but this was addressed and corrected last Monday and came up again last Thursday... and still fouled up.

Off to plan my last minute downtime... which, if communicated to me, I could have done and not wasted half a day sitting in my #### truck... {SMDH}

 

Maybe call a recruiter or two, ya know, for your friend.


Sorry, unplanned, paid day off. Got too much time on my hands.

 

Welp, I am back off the road again. Just had 5 days of hometime, but had to go BACK to the doctor and now I'm on 3 days of "stay off your feet as much as possible and don't put your shoes on unless you absolutely have to". So 8 days off in a row. And that's in addition to essentially a week off last month for other medical issues.

I am about ready to be done with all this medical BS. Turned 51 in January and #### if I didn't just start falling apart.

Next paycheck is gonna look like crap.

So if you're out on the road, even with a crappy broker load, be glad that at least you're rolling.
