Sure so the receiver in Halma, MN says "our town is really small, go ahead and find a place to put up for the night in Kalstad"...

So I'm thinking maybe a Walmart or something... anyway, I get here and it's a little spit of a town... a church, a courthouse, a gas station, and a motel. So I had to check into the motel and park on the shoulder. Population 900, but I'll be ###### if I can find any of them!

Anyway, I got TV and a much needed shower after that restroom incident...I'm sure there was collateral damage somewhere! Hey there's even WiFi. Not a bad little hotel for $40. Of course I'm on my best behavior since all the other guests have rifles.

I've slid the 5th, so I know that one. I'll have to get some pics of the ones I don't know.

One has an engine pic and says "DIAG" in it, but there's an ondash computer with diagnostics.

Another pair to the right of the steering wheel, one has a picture of some kind of light, but it's not the headlights, not the cargo light, and you can't switch it on permanently, you have to hold it in the up position and it goes back when you let go. To the right of that is a two-position that says select and reset.

Then there's a silver toggle switch coming straight out secured by a bolt like an add-on. I don't have a PTO.

Also there's a curious 12v plug-in male, at the end of a long wire coming out from under the bunk. It lights red when you plug it in but it doesn't seem to do anything. I just keep it stowed under there out of the way. The other end disappears under the vents and I can't really see what it attaches to. Someday I'll try to track it down, no one who's seen it had any idea.

I did notice I have one of those yellow twirly lights at the top of the cab, so something probably operates that, but I don't see much use if its the switch that won't stay on... you wouldn't be able to steer and change gears while holding it.

My guess is that the first one is probably the marker light interrupt switch. You use it when you pass someone. You pass a trucker on the left, he flashes his headlights off/on to signal that you have cleared his truck and can move back into the right lane. you move over, the you hit that switch a couple of times and it flashes the marker lights off and on a couple of times (its how ya say thanks). Dont know what the other one does, is it part of the cruise control??

I have been there. One time I was on Interstate 81 in Pennsylvania and I knew I had to tap a kidney. I was planning on stopping for the night in Carlisle where they have a Pilot/Petro/Flying J take your pick. I said I will make it because I was only about 15 miles away. Then I start to notice tail lights coming on. "Oh Crap," I thought to myself and I switched the CB on and my thoughts were confirmed. An accident involving a four wheeler and a truck. Now my 15 miles would take an hour. About 20 minutes later the traffic was just crawling and I had to make a decision: Should I just wet myself right now or try and find something to whiz in?

Now you may be saying, "well, why not pull over?" Well, at the point where I could not hold it I was just over a bridge and the road had no shoulder because after the bridge there was just a steep embankment. When the traffic stopped again, I reached down and grabbed my Gatorade bottle. What a waste as there was still some inside. Quickly while sitting in the seat I unzipped my shorts and brought out my little buddy. I have never had to pee while sitting with my pants half way on in a seat, but at that moment I was thinking, "I thought this would be easier." Well, at that moment the traffic started moving a little and I was just getting going too. So, I had to pop the clutch out and kind of roll. Unfortunately, the traffic in the left hand lane (I was in the right) started moving faster than my lane. So, while steering with one hand and holding my makeshift toliet with the right, I had to keep checking my mirrors for when another truck would drive by. I could keep going since the cars were so low, but the other drivers could see in. So when I saw a truck coming, I sat-up straight, held it in, and put my bottle out of sight. Once the truck was by, I quickly resumed my deed.

I was finished, and I quickly zipped-up in between another tractor passing by and capped my bottle. I felt terrible that I had to resort to this and I made sure to wrap my bottle like a newborn baby, so that anyone who saw me throw it in the trash would not see this extra clear gatorade that I had. I vowed to never be caught in a position like that again, and I wasn't.

    Forgive me.
