Was he banned or something? It would be really nice if a rep was here to answer questions. Obviously people have them, myself included.

I don't know. He replied to a questions in other posts last week.

 

My omnitracs isn’t working and your helpline was no help. All they could verify was it hasn’t been getting a signal for the past 20 hours.

 

Is Omnitrac on Facebook , or official/authorized presence on Youtube ?

 

Not sure, I don’t have FB. Normally I just make a ticket in their support system and they answer it that way. It would just be nice to have another area that’s a little less official like TTR.

 

They're useless, all you get is " take it to a service center ". Like there is one on every corner.

 

Is it true that Omnitracs can be used, on the backend, as a listening device to eavesdrop on the surrounding sounds?

 

I'm beginning to think he forgot he started this thread. He's been answering other ELD questions in this forum.

Well that or programming UI questions he has no way to answer that won't get him in trouble with his work.
