Actually he said it was intentional. He steered towards his victims rather than away.

Trust me it’s very hard to actually attempt to get a verdict as charged by a jury especially on vehicular cases. I reconstructed collisions including deaths for a living.

His point is that this poor unfortunate immigrant is being victimized by racists.

It was an inexperienced driver behind the wheel, out of control going down a mountain.
He didn’t wake up and plan to kill anyone that day...

Can’t you see the difference between this and the man that shot up Vegas?

He made a choice when He did not stop that truck by any means, the brakes were gone pretty much when he passed the escape ramp, The choice was to live while others did not, There should be some consequences with making decisions like that. The only ones who are going to profit from this is the lawyers, is that right?

I doubt the lawyers even profit much, they had the minimum insurance coverage the law requires, divided up, it will not go far.

Thanks for chiming in TTT, I was hoping you would. If anybody knows what should happen, it's you. You have the experience of both worlds and I'll listen to you anyday.

Instead of finger pointing and speculating should we not be trying to figure out how to prevent these kind of accidents? It is not just Colorado mountains having the problems, it is all over, If we try fixing the problem with positive results we may be ahead.
