65% also doesn’t mean much unless you know what they are picking up with their 35%. If you are paying insurance, base plate, workers comp, Qualcomm fees, etc out of your cut that also makes a difference. What about FSC? Fuel discounts?
New owner op pay?

Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

That's exactly what I would like to know
-
You're starting off on the wrong foot here. Referring to other members as idiots is insulting and counter productive. Personal insults are not allowed on TTR.
If you don't like the replies you're getting, scroll on past them until you find something you like.
If a particular member irritates you you have the option of placing them on IGNORE.
You'll find that most of the members here go out of their way to be helpful and informative. There's a wealth of good information available and lots of experienced people in almost every phase of trucking.
If you don't like the advice you're getting simply don't follow it. But don't aggravate the other members by insulting their contribution and their information.jamespmack, 88 Alpha and Midnightrider909 Thank this. -
Alright, I get it, trolls are trolls, people can be jerks, can we focus on the OP here?
Is DART paying 65% of line haul? What other expenses are lease ops going to be expected to pay? What does FSC pay, what percentage? Do their fleet fuel discounts still work? -
Honestly, man, 3 things.
#1,$1 a mile will never cover your expenses. With FSC, maybe a little.
#2, this place is like the magic 8 ball; you gotta know what to ask.
#3, keep after it. Read all the posts and blogs and whatnot. What you are looking for is here, you just got to work for it. And if you're not willing to work for it, its likely you will fail.
Good luckMidnightrider909 Thanks this. -
No y’all are seeing what you wanna see. He said they sent an email talking about percentage pay. Reading comprehension is important in a forum
Box of Tj Thanks this. -
Just pick up the phone and call them.
Simple as that. -
I mean I get it, but, I'd rather hear from a driver than recruiter.
-
I like trailer trucks.
-
I finally called, it sounds like a rendition of Schneider's choice boards. I was supposed to get an email with numbers and a spreadsheet, but, I never got it and I'm not interested enough to call again. I was gonna share on here, too. Sorry guys
Opus Thanks this.
