I suspect my company swapped engines. Is it possible?

The OP says he never idles but that can't be true so what is a good number for idle per cent. Seems to me 17% is not bad.

  3. OP if you own this truck didnt you do an ECM printout when you bought this truck? or even a Dyno test should have motor info.

Dealership told me to cut idling time ‘cause “17% is a lot”.

Isn't it around 25% idle that FL quits honoring the emissions warranty?
I'm pretty sure they quit honoring the emissions warranty after 25% idle.

Ohh wait, you have a Volvo. Not sure what it is for that.

    Because like i said
    1. They have fleet of d13 trucks. 2016s. All of them were on lease and i been to several of them. They are crumbling.

    2. They are seasoned Russian mechanics and I don’t trust em

If that is the case, why do you leave your truck with them? Am I missing something?

I would get an ECM dump ASAP. That should tell you if and when.

Ah, this explains it. They didn't change the engine; they kept the original and swapped the truck.

mhyn, haycarter, rank and 3 others Thank this.
