I've only done Gillette to Broadus once during the day but have been many times from Belle Fourche to Miles City and it is a bit creepy. Tons of deer on the side of the road between Belle Fourche & Broadus.
Creepy roads. That freak you out.

The roads leading to Silent Hill, PA. Yeah THE Silent Hill that was the inspiration for movies, books and video games.
Currently, the original roads were erased and you can get some hand made map.

I drove up I-90 on a foggy full moon night past the Little Bighorn Battlefield in Montana. Almost no traffic, and it had been a long day and frankly I should have stopped in Sheridan, I was fighting drowsiness. I definitely felt and almost saw the ghosts!
