Hello I had a rollover accident in February 2019. I did not receive a citation and I bought a copy of my MVR today June 10th and the accident was not reported on my MVR. When applying for trucking jobs I inform the recruiters that I had a rollover accident. I was terminated two days later from the company I drove for due to the accident. Does anyone know if my MVR is still considered clean sense the accident is not on my MVR? I asked a recruiter today and she said she wasn't sure.

It's probably on your DAC report.
Check it on www.hireright.com
If it's on there, other trucking companies will see it.
How much experience do you have and where is your location? This information will help us find a job for you.jethro712, lovesthedrive and Lepton1 Thank this. -

Also, I'm sure it will show up on your PSP report.
PSP is a record kept by FMCSA that shows any accidents that fall into 3 categories: requiring a tow, with injury, and with fatality.
Since your rollover required a tow at minimum, that will show on your PSP.
That being said, the report does not assign fault or even describe the details of the event. It just shows a "1" in the column for accident requiring tow.
You can get a free copy of your PSP once a year, I believe.kaykblair013 Thanks this. -

So what is used to accumulate points on your CDL?
-
You may be challenged in hireablity after that type of preventable.
But it happened, try to move forward anyway. Chinatown is one of the best here at locating employers.jethro712 and kaykblair013 Thank this. -
Racing if convicted is a automatic revocation of license, your points count would be so high...
I generally pay parking and weight tickets on the spot. They do not matter with Points on CDL.Lepton1 Thanks this.
