that was EXACTLY what the #### USA truck(s) i drove did. ya had to kick tha #### cabinet every 10 minutes to get it to shut up. matter of fact the whole #### truck vibrated because you COULD NOT idle it up with the (useless) "icon idle" system
which is a better choice for first truck????

I'd go with a T600 KW. You'll get just as good of MPGs as an FL, far better reliability, and no comparison in the class department.
The Challenger and panhandlepat Thank this. -
IF IT DONT GOT A HOOD I DONT THINK I COULD!!!!!!!!!! Go big or go home, Brick you out of all people should know this by now! Im highly disapointed in you

Whu not just get a freightliner coronado it has a longer hood too. lol
-
No, s#it no man, i believe you can get you arse kicked for saying something like that
Anywaaaaaaaaay, freightliner is one of them plastic trucks, the only thing that matters these days is PACCAR. -
MM you've gotta get up earlier in the mornin to insult me, and pack a lunch.
550 I know that, and a W9 is THE truck of choice. But since I knew he wasn't considering a large car I was trying to help a bro out and "friends don't let friends drive freightshakers"
cowboy_tech Thanks this. -

The green house is still green.
Its weather sealed and with all of this mud its gonna be a few more days until it dries out so we can run utilities trenches. -
i am no rocket scientist, but i have some input...
the worst truck for mileage i have driven is a mack 460 aero.(53' van)
the best was a volvo 12(tanker)
all in all i would say six to one half dozen to another,it takes a certain amount of energy to move an object from point a to b
it takes a lot of hay to feed 600 horses, but you only use all your horses on hills,an empty wagon can reach speeds of 75mph down hill with no engine...
i have never exceeded 5.5 mpg at speeds excess of 75 with any truck or load but can get 7.5
at 60 mph with any load on any truck(except the mack)what i a m saying is it does not really matter what kind of truck,as long as you have a good combination of tranny, rear gears and tires and can find that sweet spot 70% of the time.
my personal preference is the volvo 770 or 780 12L second would be W9 3406E,i would not buy a shaker unless it was a classic 84" bunk and really cheap
