I have. Like when I’m missing my grandson’s first T-ball game, ######. I should be there, not out here.

I’m sure you’ve felt SOMETHING similar. Like when ya get to missing your wife and dogs?

I always say. Most of these people who find themselves in these situations is because of actions they chose that put them there. If you stay away from known problem areas you will rarely have problems.

I miss home as much as the next guy.

It helps that she is supportive of me just...being happy with what I do regardless of what I chose. We talk every day for a bit when I’m done with my 11/14... and I think that’s what really makes it easier out here on the two of us. We don’t share all the bad but just some of the good things. Try and share bits and pieces.

We don’t have kids. She can’t have kids due to medical complications from her childhood so unless we adopt some day I won’t ever “miss the softball game.”

The biggest thing I’m starting to miss is all the stuff I want to do on hometime... and when I am out of the house I want to at least have some fun if I’m gonna spend 2-3 months out at a time, yknow? May as well get myself a truck that puts a smile on my face.

If you look for trouble you’ll find it.

    Awesome.

I don’t think of teaching a girl how to do for herself and fend for herself as teaching her to be a man. But I get the point.

Violent people aren’t going to threaten you. Just saying.

Me either, but when I ran wrecker you went where and when a paying customer told you. Eddy rd in east Cleveland aint no place for a white guy in a shinny truck at 3am. But you do it.

They are just being smartasses they are after all mine. But it does make a good point. If you teach you daughters how to be a man, that’s what they will look for in a spouse.
