    MGL LOGISTICS ..
    10505 Delta Pkwy, Schiller Park, IL 60176.. do not work for this company they will not pay you they will play with your money they will hold you as escrow deposit altered a lot books omnitracs when that they supposed to come to you get paid they tell you some poor excuse you got something wrong with you Bank then when you want to go home I will take the truck away from you you can only stay home for 4 days maximum they will force you to drive over a thousand miles a day if you want to keep you up CDL and get a good job down the road do not work for this company whatsoever they will not pay you the two weeks that they hold escrow deposit stay away from groups like this

    So they break the law by paying an employee on 1099, and you are shocked they break the law by not paying you?

    I mean the company owners need to burn in hades sure, but at some point the drivers need to take responsibility too.

    At the rate this is going, there’s going to have to be a specialized 1099 forum made specifically for people who got mindraped going this route. It seems like that these horror stories are now popping up at least 2 to 3 times a DAY,not a week, a day!!!
