Well, I decided to go to Sandy’s Fine Food Emporium, home of the $45 lb lobster salad some people like. Sandy says what can I get you? How about some expensive lobster?”

I said “Sandy, $45 lb is out of my budget.” What can I get for, oh say, $20 lb.” Sandy says “you’re right Shogun, I can sell you something for $45 lb that turns stomachs, or for $20 lb I can sell you something that turns heads.” I said”whatcha got in mind?” So we walk out to the parking lot. There it sits.



2000 Silverado with a 4/6 suspension drop on slicks, 5.3 with a new turbo kit, 4L80e with a 3600 stall and transbrake, cam and headers. 5% tint on all windows. Swapped 2005 front end. I said you got a deal, Sandy.

Sandy gives me explicit instructions, she says just like Ruthless has expensive tastes, this truck eats a diet of Bustangs, Camaros, Challengers and Corvettes. Bon Appetit.

 

Back in the day it had good food not so sure about now.

So after finally getting all the chain skip issues sorted out on my mountain bike I was looking forward to a good ride this afternoon. Unfortunately it decided to piss down rain

Had to replace the rear rim/hub, sprocket assembly, the derailer, the chain AND repair the brand new chain. Thing was always giving me grief since day 1 but now I think we're good

 

I couldn’t pass it up, Grub. I’ve always wanted a single cab with a 4/6 or 5/7 drop. I’m giving the turbo kit parts to dad for the rest of his turbo on his Chevelle. I’m taking this 5.3, swapping a 228 cam, some 59 cc heads and a 150-200 shot. I’m gonna spray until it blows up, them swap an LS2 in it, put cam and heads in it and spray it too.

It was repainted, some of the plastic trim has bonding issues, but the paints pretty decent. It’s a bad ### truck in person.
