This bunch we are working for let 3 go this week that started with me. They have zero tolerance for ########. One for instance is a boy loads gets 120 miles stops for a 3 hour nap. He was warned once and canned the 2nd time. His side is they run you relentlessly without regaurd for your well being/public safety.

The actual deal they dont care if you take a 24 hr nap at the barn before you load. They do expect once you load to get the job done. That's hard for a few to understand

A IH with a screaming, oil leaking 238 had pulled in for some Fuel before me and believe it or not ... I jackknifed on his oil slick
