Do you have the alum spacerplate with the o-rings ? I have seen those developed cracks where the o-rings seat and leak.

Idk I should look, at night there are indian chants and spirit animals with smoke out of the teepee. I haven"t been invited. Maybe one day.

I'm going to preface this with the notion that: you and I are much alike in that we spend a tremendous amount of time rowing the kayak around the pond that is our brain, beating ourselves mercilessly - and don't care if anyone else does it to us, because we already have.

    That said.

What is this fixation upon what constitutes 'a man' where it concerns a haircut?.... Did you introduce yourself to him?.... I'm coming from the angle that he's a black dude & most of them have funky hair... I'm not trying to pick a side here, or even berate you, because I understand the judgment.... but I also feel a wiser man such as yourself would refrain from making a character assassination based upon such a superficial facet.... Where do you decide: nothing worth associating with?..... I don't care about looks.... I'd be pals with the Hunchback of Notre Dame as long as he wasn't an egotistical, attention seekng, loud talker, hooked on drugs.... A haircut is not the Measure of a Man, Six....... Maybe there was something in his demeanor that set you against.... And I truly hope it isn't a Race 'thing' - no one should be hated strictly based upon a matter they had absolutely no control / choice in: pigmentation.

    This line, right here:
    'The ever growing trend in
This country is to judge people, not by their individual character,
But by their identity as a member of a specific group
No one has ever succeeded or failed in life as a result of their
    Group affiliation
A person's success or failure is also not based on luck, but on the
Sum total of the decisions that they have made. Those who succeed
Do so through good work ethic and their wise use of their power to choose
The opposite is true for those who fail.'

Smart metal-heads.... Clear & concise... It's what got me into the genre. Mojo was one of my first bands.

    'Down Breeding'

Youth of today aren't happy and gay, hostile, volatile only concerned with style
Home alone so they act grown
Who's the baby-sitter since your parents were the #### quitters!
Rap city is the place to be suburbanite into a ghetto-knight
What's the cost of my generation being lost?
A clue less mom and dad tell me who's the boss

Poor parental skills ~ that's the deal now you know the real
Poor parental skills ~ You cannot deal that's the real

    Down, down breeding

Single-parent raised in the bosom of ghetto
Affecting middle-class and the rich growing up half-###
life's a ##### no guidance so you ride it to the end
You wonder why the streets are their best friend, couldn't tell you
Nothing about school, but they can show you how to roll a joint and shoot pool
Love from that one parent would have been cool

Poor parental skills ~ that's the deal now you know the real
Poor parental skills ~ You cannot deal that's the real

    Down, down breeding

No morals, no couth, no manners and running with a foul crew
Thought you knew everything about your son, it was not dad who showed him how to use a gun
(S)(E)(X) was last on mama's list
Now she's confused about kissing and sucking dick
Down breed until they're misled must be nothing left after being breast-fed!!!!!!!

While I agree wholeheartedly with the jist of your comments, I would add just one thing: A person only gets one shot at making a first impression.

That said, I have known many hard working and good people that did not dress or groom as one might expect, but they have then set a more challenging path for themselves to overcome.

I have been tempted to do something with mine, but it could be near a full day job just to remove and reinstall all the switches and gauges (correctly). I am anxious to see the end result!
