Not Colorado style but west Virginia all day. Then I'm thru PA I don't get out of the hills till I've dripped in SC and in half way up 75 above TN. And we are 80k always. At that my truck does well always above 8 in the summer. If I can get the Quebec to larado runs, gross are down, way down on some and pretty flat all the way. Truck is a 10mpg truck.

Oh im sure you do better with that Columbia than i do with this classic xl pulling open deck. That wasn't my point.
You said id never get the mpg i have been getting if i ran there, and yes i would. Because i run in very similar conditions, if not the exact conditions.

Sorry not what I meant, and I'd have a classic ANY DAY if I could find a good one. Miss mine the most. IMG_0451.jpg

    That's what you get at 244 wheelbase. I think it's a 77in bunk.

Its ironic that im driving the owners 550cat powered 379midroof sleeper truck and wanting to build myself a WIA or 9670 cabover and get an MC of my own. The autocar volvos seem to be a good old truck but they didnt have the following or collector sentiment that an equally clapped out 900A or 359 has. Thus scrapped in droves compared to the fanboy models.

There its no way that's a 244 inch wheel base truck.

Actually looking at it again, maybe. Its a short hood so that is what? 11 inches?. Has the small sleeper so that's another 14 and there is so little frame behind the truck the trailer is practically rubbing the rear wall. Ok ill buy its only 244.

Are you sure that's an 01? The fenders aren't sagging. Or did you have to replace the hood?
