    It’s 5 miles.
    52 cents a mile
    That’s $2.60 per run. :laughing-guffaw:

    meechyaboy and truckdriver31 Thank this.

It all depends on how many miles they run you. Find out how much they pay per mile. If they pay $0.40 per mile and you drive 400 miles a day you make you make $160 a day that probably take 14 hours to do. 14 hours a day is the legal limit so, they probably run you for all they can every day.

Maybe it would be best practice to be a bit more clear about your intentions on here. Why? Because new drivers are looking for advice from experienced drivers. New drivers may take responses very literally and basically you just told that driver the operation is a joke. And maybe it is! But with responses like yours, there is room left for uncertainty. You either know the truth, or you don't. And we both know that your response is not entirely true. Give actual facts instead. Please. Otherwise, you're not helping and you've mislead those seeking the actual truth. Also, my sense of humor is top-notch. When it comes to my wages, however, joking is not appropriate.
