Travel light. Keep your business YOUR business. Do not give out any personal info. Pay close attention to any driving classes and logbook classes. When you graduate the school and go to the Swift oreintation, they will make you do a roadtest. Simple roadtest, around the block. If you cannot find the gears, they will send you home. If they hear that you had a beer in your motel, they will send you home. If anything shows up on your record that you havent told them about, they will send you home. Half of the orientation class will be sent home. And for the guys and girls that make it into a trainer's truck, 1/4 of them will be sent home.

Travel light. Keep your business to yourself. When you get your own truck, stay out of those terminals as much as you possibly can and avoid socializing with other Swift drivers. And whenever you are getting ready to start, every time you start, always make sure that your 5th wheel is secure. The biggest danger to a Swift driver is another Swift driver.
