Is there a reason that people in Oregon drive...

yes oregon is weird. its the only state where my 65 mph truck can get the left lane feeling!! man ppl drive so slow there

 

That's mainly because the Oregon Highway patrol is ruthless and everywhere.

 

Oregon has to have the most weigh stations per square mile than any other state as well. #### things are everywhere.

 

They got rid of that law two years ago...

You're right. Oregon is psychotic about weigh stations. I sometimes wonder the the northernmost weigh station on 97 is permanently closed.

 

Ok, hold on a sec, that's not cut and dry. My daughter just bought a BMW, she's a great driver, I TAUGHT HER, and my best friend drives a Prius, puts on almost 50K miles a year, has over 250K on the Prius, all safe driving and would put some of these drivers here to shame. They can cram that poll with walnuts. I'd say the #1 jerks are these honchos in their Ram dually's that ride your tail. Think they're G-ds gift to the world.

 

That's just TWO people. If you haven't encountered a driver speeding in a BMW or someone in a Prius driving like an idiot, then you haven't been on the road much.

 

Oh, come on, they all speed and drive like idiots. That's like saying all retired truck drivers are all crabby old pessimists,,,now get off my lawn, dag nabit,,,just kidding pal, and I don't want to drive anymore, because they all drive terribly no matter what they drive.

 

I don't want to drive anymore, either. Can I live in your backyard?
