I was just dozing.

 

He’s no longer there bothering others.
I guess they chased him off...

 

I'm still here. They're just now unloading me. Got here at 10am, it's after 4pm.

I was "late" so I technically can't complain. But they were also late. And being here on-time wouldn't have gotten me or them anything.

Was hoping to make it to the TA in Tampa, but will likely be hitting rush hour by the time they're done.

 

Ugh... another trailer with tire problems... four on this one... called Breakdown... ran to the local Loves... at 6pm there was a 3-4 hour wait... at 11pm they finally get me in... done at 2:30...

... and now at 3:20, guess who can’t sleep... ugh ... tomorrow, or rather today, is going to be a very long ### dragging kind of day...

 

A lot more than a few. They couldn't pay me to go there on a vacation right now. Sad.

 

As far as the dedicated refrigeration contractor comment that's my line of work, used to receive anywhere from 10-18 Abilene at one time and a few odd balls my crew normally had the truck gone less than 20 minutes after bumping the dock. Those that had never delivered to us were generally pleasantly surprised, no dock however always makes it interesting.
