Just curious... are there ever times where it doesn't? If it wasn't for the gorgeous scenery and Smileys in Raphine, I'd never drive that road :biggrin_2559:

Today we went to the Hudson River Museum in Yonkers. Golden age house you can tour, bunch of random art exhibits..I wasn’t impressed by those. Whole layout of the Hudson River top to bottom to scale, with all kinds of history and interesting stuff about it.
Was about to go to the Pizza Barn
( Pizzabarnyonkers.com for those who want to get drooling)
*eta and you should @shogun n then go back and fight whoever told you what you got was NY style pizza.
But at 90°+ and humid, plus the high urban content (watched some guy OD laying on the sidewalk a couple stoplights back, while his junkie friend simultaneously flagged and yelled for help while running thru the guys pockets) wasn’t feeling like taking my ladies on that much of a adventure.
Went up to the Palisades mall off 287. Went to the Texas de Brazil ( I’d bet it is a chain) Brazilian bar b q.
I tell you what boys: if you want mediocre food at $45 a person plus drinks, tax, dessert and tip, that’s the place to go get ###... that’s the place to go get it.

Then we went to the fourth floor n went to “5 wits” which is multiple “escape rooms” and should be $3.50 based on how ####in dumb it was.

I’m glad I was with people I love or I’d have been argumentative today.

So did 35 and 30 in TX. It's everywhere.

I remember when people had these things called homes, and after a hard week at work, they would go to them, and mostly stay and get rested up for the next week.

Yep, you could truck all weekend and not have to worry about traffic, accidents, backups, hardly anything.

    True....

But today was worse than most Saturdays.

I started using 340 to get out there, instead of 495 to 66.

That’s why I like leaving at 3:30-4:00 in the morning on Saturday runs. You can beat the traffic at least one way. Not possible on that run though.
