@RedForeman this shop is 80x200. 80x110 of that has poured concrete pad and insulated walls and roof. We can park 3 loaded semis in there. We bought the building used from the Ford plant in Oakville, ON. Paid to have it trucked. We reused the siding and bought new steel for the roof. Also bought new insulation. Reused the vapor lighting. Three new 14’ doors. The county required we hire a PEng to make drawings. We hired everything done. $300k Canadian in 2005. Insulation and concrete was over half the cost
