Independence day is my favorite holiday only second to Thanksgiving. I drink Busch Light on both and trust me never ever drop them.

Me too. I'm intimately familiar with the "man in the boat". But I'm at a loss for the "man in the canoe" tie in to Independence Day.
But, I'm getting old. Perhaps I missed a memo

I have a safety razor, Feather blades, brush and shave butter. I've spent maybe $100 on shaving in 7 years? And that was only for more shave butter. I still have the original 100 blades I bought back in 2012. It's been kinda nice.

 

Grow a beard, learn to use a straight razor and strop... And you'll never spend a penny on shaving again.... Just saying.

 

No beards allowed at work. I've thought about going the straight razor route, though. For sure.
