I’m not a fan of slaw. But most folks around here eat them like that.

    I love em.

Always wondered why it was a “Carolina” bbq thing though... Anyone have any idea of the origin?

If the HOS wasn’t in the way I’d be working.

That’s just the way they eat them down in the midlands where South Carolina barbecue got it’s start. Hash is also a big SC thing too. Hash served over rice is good stuff. Doesn’t look like much, but it’s good.

Vinegar slaw is better than white slaw but they’re both good.

I bleed green but a 1066 is up on my list. I’ve actually spent more time on a 1066 than a 4020.

I don't need or see a future need for the heavier trailer - but I'm still green to the game. Coils are a possibility, but so far I haven't really passed on any that I regretted. As of now, pipe is my biggest market. Something that the arch really isn't helpful in, but easy enough to shim the dunnage. OS is a possibility, but not as long as bottom feeders are willing to run it for $1 over general flat rates.

Dunno. I'm at work but to say I'm working would be a lie.
